“Peach Fuzz” Pantone Colour of the Year 2024

As a kidswear designer, I prefer stories to trends. A collection that tells a story is way more interesting (and sellable) than something that ticks a trend box.

Where I have to disagree with myself however, is when it comes to colour. Some colours just feel more relevant than others – they capture a mood or set a scene.

For 2024, Pantone has announced Peach Fuzz as it’s colour of the year and when it comes to colour that captures a mood or sets a scene, this is it!

Pantone describes this warm and positive tone as “A shade that resonates with compassion, offers a tactile embrace, and effortlessly bridges the youthful with the timeless.”
